Dr. Maria Migas, MD CCFP FCFP MSCP

Dr. Maria Migas is a Halifax-based family physician on a mission to change the way we think about—and care for—women in midlife. After seeing too many individuals struggle with unanswered questions and inadequate support during menopause, she became a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) to bridge those gaps. She champions better education, evidence-based care, and open conversations, helping people feel informed, empowered, and supported through every stage of midlife and beyond.
