Menopause Conversations

The Menopause Conversations (also called a Menopause Café) is a welcoming and informal gathering where individuals come together to talk about the experience of menopause. Whether you're going through it yourself or supporting someone who is, Menopause Conversations offers a safe and supportive environment to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others.

These events are open to everyone—regardless of gender—and we believe in creating spaces that are free of judgment and product promotion.

Why Attend a Menopause Conversation?
  • Community Support: Meet others who understand the menopause experience and share in a non-judgmental environment.

  • Empathy and Understanding: Share your story and hear from others, helping you realize you are not alone.

  • Valuable Resources: Learn practical tips, advice, and information about managing menopause.

Attending this session made me realize I’m not alone. It’s comforting to know that others are experiencing the same things, and that we can talk about it openly without judgment. (Participant, 2024)
